One Account Per Player

BDT Currency Only
All transactions on bd1222 — deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and winnings — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider if their source account operates in a different currency.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Accurate Information Obligation
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. bd1222 may suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate information is discovered, and may withhold balances pending investigation.
Deposits & Withdrawals

bd1222 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bd1222's control.
Deposits to your bd1222 account must be made from a payment method that you personally own and control. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. Players in self-exclusion or cool-off periods are not eligible to claim or receive bonuses during their restriction period.
- All bonus offers have a defined validity period, during which the wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Account Suspension & Closure
Both bd1222 and the player have the right to close an account. Voluntary closure by a player is straightforward and can be requested at any time. Involuntary suspension or closure by bd1222 occurs where there is evidence of a rule breach or risk to the platform.
Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your bd1222 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules, and any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe for that method.
Temporary Suspension by bd1222: bd1222 may temporarily suspend your account without prior notice if we detect or suspect any of the following: unauthorised access, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, receipt of a payment charge-back, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or any other activity that poses a risk to the platform or to other players. Permanent Closure by bd1222: If an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, bd1222 reserves the right to permanently close the account. In such cases, any bonus funds, free bet credits, and winnings derived from gameplay conducted in breach of these Terms will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not involved in the breach will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

- Any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology partners integrated into the bd1222 platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd1222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
